Locally owned and operated, Manufacturing Design Engineering has been servicing the structural steel and sheetmetal fabrication, erection and repair needs of Townsville for more than a decade.

Our team of sheetmetal workers and boilermakers has the expertise to undertake stainless, aluminium and steel project of any scale. We take pride in delivering top quality products and superior service and always strive for customer satisfaction. We believe in supporting the local community and economy, which is why we hire locally based apprentices and staff.

At Manufacturing Design Engineering we have completed many projects in the local and surrounding areas. One of these projects was the BSA award winning Magnetic Island Walkway. We fabricated and installed the stainless steel handrails, stanchions and galvanised infill panels along the Walkway.
